I find myself musing about my old work again,
how disappointing
prisoners of war in china have a better chance of being heard
than the vitamin staff at that place
breeze past us from a lofty perch, a heavenly place….
throw me a crumb of validation
recognition,
anything….
I had such high hopes…
I still do. 
I know I fought to improve that place for the patients
patients who stated they were unhappy, and deserved better selections for their money….
I politely pushed for improvement, and streamlining, supplements that were up to date with the very best available…..
and just technology that f’ing worked….
I received a total non response for better vitamins,
holier than thou treatment from the second floor staff except for the owner,
( I don’t know how you can stand ‘em when they act like that, but they only do it when you’re gone so… )
total resentment for ideas that someone else didn’t come up with that I did,
and an illegal firing as thanks for my work. That’s fair right? I’m sure God is so very proud of you.
It doesn’t matter really, it won’t change how I feel about the place as a whole,
and how much I love everybody to death there,
and how much I believe in the work that they do for people,
it’s an amazing center, and I still feel that way.
Just because I forgot to quote a negative customers comment,
doesn’t mean their words are mine…
If you had just asked me that, I could have told you and still will,
but youre’ not interested in truth now are you.
You value your conceit, ego, and nepotism more than the Lord,
more than his words, and pick that as your dominant way
at least in this incident you did…..

I’m sitting here
drinking coffee
freezing my , well freezing
and thinking about the lovely prospects for the day
it’s amazing all the different things we try to squeeze in a day
I found myself thinking about my cousin Bob
and his poor fingertips
disintegrating away from pulmonary fibrosis
and how much that bums me out
it’s not the best way to start the day
and I definitely woudl just like to pray for him
and my cousin jill, and my nephew , their son matt
it’s a pretty rough scene and she’s being so nice…
they’re all trying to stay so positive
and that’s awesome

and all the coffee it possibly holds
